-Hello Sunshine Boutique is not responsible for shipping delays with USPS, UPS, or FedEx.
-Hello Sunshine will not refund shipping costs for delayed, damaged, or lost packages due to the carrier.
-Hello Sunshine Boutique is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.
- It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure the delivery address is correct at the time of placing the order. 

If you receive a damaged package or your package is lost, you must file a claim directly with the carrier. 

Once an item is dropped at USPS, UPS, or FedEx, it is out of out control. We have no affiliation with the carriers, and no control over shipping times or delivery.
